Our life is the sum of our daily choices.
Sure, the “big shifts” are important.
Yes, of course, the major “ah-ha” moments are key.
But where the rubber meets the road is the daily choices you make. If you stopped brushing your teeth every day, what would happen? Well. Some awkward social interactions. And over the course of time probably some super unpleasant health side effects too, right?
By the same token, forgetting to brush your teeth ONCE isn’t going to throw everything off in your life.
That’s why any change we make is about the sum of our daily choices. The tallying of those choices on the balance over the course of years.
If you make small daily choices for your health, it will add up to an outcome. If you make small daily shifts to your mindset, it will add up to an outcome. It’s the little things. Make the daily choices that will bring you closer to the life you want to be living.
